Safety Driving Technique
Introduction
Malaysia has the third-highest death rate from road accidents in Southeast Asia, behind only in Thailand and Vietnam. It is clear that while many Malaysians have a driving license, not many are proficient drivers.
The Safety Driving Technique course’s objective is to rectify this issue by improving the defensive driving skills of participants. By attending the course, participants will undergo theoretical and practical training to make them into a competent driver. Completing the course will equip the participants with the necessary skills and mindset to better ensure their safety and their passengers’ safety.

2.2 Practical: Basic Techniques Of Skilful Driving
- Practical 1: Evaluating The Road & Commentary Driving
3.0 Practical: Basic Techniques Of Skillful Driving
- Practical 2: Seating Position, Steering Push-Pull Technique, Slalom Training Forward & Reverse
- Practical 3: Using 4WD Mode (2H, 4H & 4L)
- Practical 4: Emergency Braking At 60-80 km/h
- Practical 5: Skid Control (Understeer & Oversteer) At 30-40 km/h
