Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Course

Introduction

Managing projects can be a hair-pulling responsibility. There are many variables to take into account within a project, all while having to deliver before the deadline, within the budget, and on track. A Project Management Professional(PMP®) is certified and proven to be able to deliver on all three objectives at an excellent standard.

The Project Management Professional(PMP®) Certificate is a certification by the world-renowned Project Management Institute(PMI) and is recognized globally in almost every industry. By becoming a PMP, participants will have a significant advantage in the global job market because of their newfound understanding of project management.

Attendants will learn the guidelines set by the Project Management Body of Knowledge(PMBOK® Guide) developed by PMI. The PMI Project Management Framework, the life cycle of a project and detailed lessons on each phase of the cycle, and many more will be given in this course. Attendees will learn through an active and engaging method. Besides conventional classroom teaching, games, case studies and contests will be used to ensure attendants know the concepts inside and out. Sample questions will also be analyzed to help attendants’ chances of passing the 200-question PMP exam.

The course definitely helped in improving concepts. It would be great if you add more examples of templates for Training evaluation. This would help in creating better sheets in future. Thanks
