Building A Dynamic Team
Introduction
Great teamwork is the synergistic cooperation of its members, usually resulting in higher quality output. This deep bond can only come from trusting each other and having a true understanding of each other’s strengths, weaknesses, and personality.
‘Building a Dynamic Team’ is a concept that goes beyond superficial team building, delving deep into the root of fostering team relationships. Using the concepts from Patrick Lencioni’s book, “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team”, participants will learn how to identify and overcome common problems that keep their team from performing at their best.
Through this workshop, participants learn to collectively build an engaging work environment; a team culture open to new ideas and constructive debate.
