Overview:
The course is designed to improve participant’s skill to:
- Identify back billing type
- Calculate the back billing based on the customer category
- Under / Over Billing calculation
- Manual posting into eCIBS system
- Identify Irregularities (KKB)
- Analyze Meter Installation Tempering by using ATC format
The training format is theory and practical, where the participants will be actively involved in the class activities. Hence, it will increase their confidence level.
Objective: At the end of the course, the participants will be able to:
- Identify function in back billing
- Calculate back billing correctly
- Key-in the back billing amount in the system without mistake
