Overview:

This program aims at providing basic understanding of the principles of land law and the law of evidence in Malaysia that relevant for promoting legal knowledge and understanding amongst the executives of TNB.

Main references for the course will be local statutes and cases with some comparative perspective of law from other jurisdictions, wherever necessary, to provide understanding on the development of law in the particular area.

Objective:
The objectives of the course are:

i. To provide participants with knowledge on relevant concepts of the land law, law of evidences and procedures.
ii. To acquire insight into some aspect of courts proceedings and procedure in examination of witnesses.
iii. To guide participant on basic legal skill necessary for understanding statutes and case law.
