Overview:
This course is designed to explain the fundamentals of accident investigation & reporting in accordance to Factory & Machinery Act 139 (1967), Occupational Safety & Health Act 514 (1994) and Electricity Supply Act 447 (1990). Participants will be introduced and guided in all the necessary aspects pertaining to the accident investigation & reporting.

The training format is mainly theoretical and case study, where the participants will be actively involved in the class & discussion activities. Hence, it will increase their confidence level in performing accident investigation & reporting.

Participant will be taken through the vast experience of accident investigation & reporting by the trainer. The emphasis is on participants continuing participation in ensuring the ultimate success of the course.

Objective:

After attending this training program, participants will be able to:

• Manage the Accident Investigation.

• Practice the Principle of Accident Investigation & Procedures.

• Analyze Data of Accident.

• Comply with the Notification of Accident, Dangerous Occurrences, Occupational Poisoning and Diseases (NADOPOD - OSHA Regulation 2004).
