Overview:
The course is designed to improve participant’s skill to:
  • Perform the dunning to send payment reminders or dunning notices to remind customers of their outstanding debts, recognize the activities types involved in dunning process.
  • Participate in the bidding processes, where bidders (suppliers) will bid the item price using the Live Auction Cockpit (LAC) in the Auction module.
  • eCIBS Disconnection Activiti via SMS (eDAS) to disconnector and disco clerk.

The training format is theory and practical, where the participants will be actively involved in the class activities. Hence, it will increase their confidence level.

Objective:
At the end of the course, the participants will be able to:
  • Identify the concept and technique used in the dunning & disconnection process
  • Use dunning system, to select potential customers entitled to disconnect
  • Print DN Notice, DN Order and tag customer
  • Explain EDAS process without mistake
