Overview:
The key purpose of this course is to analyse the training effectiveness of individuals, groups and occupations which meet individual and organizational objectives. The participants will be explained thoroughly the concept of training evaluation by adopting the Kirkpatrick Model.

The training delivery adopted workshop approach, where the participants will be facilitated in developing training evaluation plan successfully.

Objective:
Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:

• Explain the elements of an effective program evaluation.
• Define the critical difference between effective training and training effectiveness.
• Evaluate programs using appropriate Kirkpatrick model.
