Overview:
This course offers  for  participants to  describe all the operation  of gas turbine and combined cycle gas turbine plant.principal for power plant. Its consists of  gas turbine and gas turbine auxiliaries;  gas turbine major components;  gas turbine operation  and control;  heat recovery steam  generator  and  auxiliaries;  steam  turbine  and  auxiliaries;  optimizing  combine  cycle operations.

Participant  will  be  taken  through  the  vast  experience  of  this  course.  The  emphasis  is  on participants continuing participation in ensuring the ultimate success of the courses.
Objective:
At the end of the course the participant will be to:

  • Describe the main components of gas turbine and auxiliaries
  • Describe the start-up and shut down procedures of a gas turbine
  • Explain the process of steam generation
  • Describe the components and function of Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) and auxiliaries
  • Describe the main components of steam turbine plain
  • Describe the start-up and shut down procedures of a steam turbine
  • Describe steam turbine auxiliaries

Overview:
This course is designed to explain the basic criteria for welding requirement that affect procedure and performance. Participants will be guided in reviewing the Welding. Identify and understand the working principle and application of Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), understand common welding defect, understand methods of detecting welding defect (NDT) and perform welding on mild steel plate (Straight Bead, Padding & 1F Position).

The training format is theory and practical, where the participants will be actively involved in the class & workshop activities. Hence, it will increase their confidence level.

Participant will be taken through the vast experience of welding procedure and performance by the trainers. The emphasis is on participants continuing participation in ensuring the ultimate success of the course.
