Overview:
This course offers for participants to be able to define the event of heat rate and efficiency of the power plant.  Its consists of overview of heat rate in power plant, factor in heat rate calculation, heat rate cost deviation, effect of heat rate to efficiency, effect of heat rate to Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Participant will be taken through the vast experience of this course. The emphasis is on participants continuing participation in ensuring the ultimate success of the courses.
Objective:
After attending this training program, participants will be able to:

  • Define the heat rate and its formula
  • Explain the relationship between heat rate and fuel energy
  • Calculate correctly the heat rate deviation if the heat rate increase
  • Define efficiency and explain it formula
  • Explain the relationship between heat rate and efficiency
  • Calculate correctly the fuel payment associated with the heat rate in the SLA
  • Identify the primary controllable-contributors to off design heat rate

Kursus ini menerangkan tentang pengenalan kepada Pengurusan Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan,  keperluan untuk digunapakai di tempat kerja serta memberi model  dan elemen dalam sistem keselamatan tersebut.

Penjelasan tentang mengenalpasti hazad, menilai risiko dan mengambil langkah kawalan akan dibuat pada hari pertama kursus,diikuti dengan kerja kumpulan dan pembentangan.

Pada hari kedua, peserta akan diterangkan mengenai kategori hazad yang ada, penilaian terhadap risiko dan kawalan risiko tersebut.  Kerja kumpulan akan diberi disertai dengan pembentangan.
