Everybody can benefit from having good problem solving skills as we all encounter problems on a daily basis; some of these problems are obviously more severe or complex than others.
It would be wonderful to have the ability to solve all problems efficiently and in a timely fashion without difficulty, unfortunately there is no one way in which all problems can be solved.
Planning and structuring will help make the problem solving process more likely to be successful. In this course, participants will learn problem solving technique using the McKinsey approach.
At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
• Apply the McKinsey 7 Steps Problem Solving technique effectively
The course is designed to increase participant’s competency in processing staff medical related activities using EHRMS system. The trainers will guide and facilitate the participants, so that they can use create, copy and change functions for updating Medical Benefit transactions and able to generate reports for management administration accordingly.
The training format is theory and hands-on practical, where the participants will be actively involved in the class activities. Hence, it will increase their confidence level.
