Overview:

This two‐day Project Risk Management Foundation course provides  participants the fundamental knowledge in the processes, tools and techniques in project risk management. This course introduces a systematic and proactive approach to  take control of the project and discuss the best practices in risk management as defined by Project Management Institute(PMI®) Project Management Body of  Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide).

This course also incorporate the Project Risk workshop uses the Project Risk Board Game as learning tool, to introduce the concept, processes, and risk management to the participants.

Upon completion of this course, attendees will be able to:

2. Apply risk management techniques to real-world projects.
3. Explain to others why risk management is so important.
4. Speed up their risk management efforts.
