Overview:
The importance of safety in the work, health, and environment is utmost importance in today's industrial standards. Significance of safety is even more crucial with a large electric utility provider as TNB.

This course provides the basic safety knowledge with regard to common rules and legislations in Malaysia. Participants will also be given awareness of specific requirements working in the power plant environment such as safety practice at power plant sites, Accident Investigation & reporting, and an overview of TNBG (Mechanical) Safety Regulations.
 
Objective:
• Executions safety practices throughout TNBG installation and to ensure the safety of all personnel
• To be able to review safety procedures, and carry out accident investigation and reporting effectively
• Conduct risk assessment and propose improvement
• Comply Factories and Machinery Act 1967
• Practice the TNBG Electrical Safety Rules

This course provides the basic safety knowledge with regard to common rules and legislations in Malaysia. Participants will also be given awareness of specific requirements working in the power plant environment such as safety practice at power plant sites, MSDS requirement, ergonomic principles as to OSHA 1994, and an overview of TNBG (Mechanical) Safety Regulations.
 
Objective:
• Executions safety practices throughout TNBG installation and to ensure the safety of all personnel
• Practice TNBG Mechanical Safety Rules, recognize the procedure of issue, obtain and cancel Permit To Work
• Apply and recognize  MSDS, and to identify the ergonomic principles as to OSHA 1994
• Implement  and follow Environmental Quality Act 1974

This course provides the basic safety knowledge with regard to common rules and legislations in Malaysia. Participants will also be given awareness of specific requirements working in the power plant environment such as safety practice at fired and fired pressure vessel plant, SEMS requirement, and an overview of TNBG (Mechanical & Electrical) Safety Regulations.
 
Objective:
• Oblige Occupational Safety & Health Legislations
• Observe Factories and Machinery Act 1967 Regulations 1970 (Steam Boiler & Unfired Pressure Vessel) and (Certificate of Competency)
• Observe Safety Excellent Management System requirement and carry out auditing as SEMS standard
• Execution safety practices according to TNBG (Mechanical & Electrical) Safety Regulations
