TNB Integrated Learning Solution – ILSAS is a premier technical training institute committed towards providing excellence in training and services. In line with that, ILSAS works with experts in the field of power utility engineering and a complete range of facilities. ILSAS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tenaga Nasional Berhad, the largest power utility company in Malaysia.
The quality of training delivery and administration at ILSAS is reflected by the certification of ISO9001:2008 and UKAS standards by Standard and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia (SIRIM). ILSAS’s trainers have also attained recognition as Certified Training Professionals by the Institute of Training & Development (ITD).
With a stellar three decades of experience and an outstanding track record in the field of utility engineering, ILSAS has been in the forefront of conducting programmes for international customers that include personnel from utility and non-utility organization of countries like Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Nepal, Mongolia, Egypt, Pakistan, Yemen, Oman, Afghanistan, etc.
ILSAS courses are catered for all levels of the industry from the ground technicians up to the senior management running power plants, etc. ILSAS also have conducted programs for school leaving youth for skills empowerment in the electrical industry.
The Energy Commission of Malaysia, the electric regulators of the country and Department of Skills Development (JPK) of the Malaysian Ministry of Human Resource recognizes ILSAS expertise in electric utility skills, thus appointed ILSAS as an Industry Lead Body (ILB). One main task of an ILB is the development of the National Occupational Skills Standard (NOSS) for:
· Chargeman a.k.a Technical Electrical Apparatus Operator (Penjaga Jentera Elektrik)
